Ivette Linares-Moreno graduated from Florida International University with a major in Political Science and a minor in Sociology in 1989. In 1992, she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Boston College Law School. She has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1992.
She has over twenty five years of experience in workers compensation defense representing insurance carriers, self-insured employers, third party administrators and claims servicing agencies.
She has defended cases from the trial level to the appellate level throughout the State of Florida. She is known for her aggressive discovery and trial skills along with unique negotiation skills. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
Despite her active litigation and trial caseload, she prides herself in being available for her clients at all times. Her clients appreciate her dedication and accessibility.
In her personal life, she is an active member of her church and volunteers time to community service projects. For leisure, she loves to travel with her family.
